HTI Services is an independent, majority woman-owned and operated company.

Anna Hatfield started working for KPS and Hatfield Trucking straight out of high school. With a desire to expand her wings, she decided to work for one of the largest furniture retail companies on the West Coast. During this time, she used her experience with Hatfield Trucking and Kern Production Service to work her way up. For ten years, she went from working on warehouse docks unloading trucks for deliveries to managing a high volume service department before eventually managing one of their multimillion-dollar distribution centers in the Pacific Northwest.

Eventually, Anna grew tired of the corporate American hustle and wanted to simplify business. That’s when she decided to leave Seattle in 2010 and partnered with Robert Hatfield to form HTI Services. Transportation has always been an ever-changing love for each of them, so together, they rolled up their sleeves and decided to start an oil and gas service company in Idaho. With Robert’s technical oil and gas/transportation background and Anna’s high volume transportation and oil and gas experience, they formed a one-call, in-house service company. In 2014, HTI Services became an independent, majority woman-owned and operated company.
